During the XXIX session of the VII convocation of Mariupol City Council, the deputies have supported the introduction of ‘A New Municipality’ program. It is aimed at improving the quality of services provided by the structural divisions of the city council.
The complex of the Program's activities provides an improving of transparency and efficiency of management structures, a functional analysis and research of the best practices and the regulation of processes; a redistribution of functions to eliminate duplication of processes and imbalances in the load, determine the necessary number of staff as well as ensuring the effective work of staff by improving the motivation of employees, training staff and creating competitive working conditions.
After the introduction of the Program, it is expected that the system of communication with the citizens of employees of the Front-office enterprises and institutions will be improved and the volume of services provided to the citizens will be enlarged. The level of satisfaction of the citizens and the trust to the authorities will increase.
