In Mariupol, local hospitality workers have received trainings on hospitality and customer orientation. The events took place due to the program of small grants to promote the development of tourism of Mariupol City Council.
The trainings were held in ‘Vezha’ cultural and tourist center. The training was conducted by a business development and personnel management coach Igor Khlopotin, who came to Mariupol from Kiev.
The first training was called ‘Customer focus’. It is about the way to improve customer service.
At the second training, ‘The strategy for the development of institutions as part of the tourist infrastructure,’ Igor Khlopotin told the heads of service establishments about the properly position of their establishment within the city’s policy for the development of hospitality.
