The National Theater ‘Teatromania’ continues to amaze Mariupol residents with its colorful performances. This weekend, the play ‘How it is done in Odessa’ has been held in the atmospheric courtyard of Molodezhny recreation center. One of the main roles was played by actor and famous Kiev TV presenter Vyacheslav Solomka.
The idea to invite a star to participate in the play came with the idea of the director of ‘Theatromania’ Anton Telbizov. The main goal is to attract spectators and train the participants in the Mariupol National Theater for professional acting. According to the theater actress Maria Kutnyakova, Vyacheslav Solomka introduced some interesting innovations to the play and even added a couple of jokes.
‘Vyacheslav told us a lot of acting secrets. It was a pleasure to work with a professional, he is very punctual and organized. I arrived in Mariupol and for three days we managed to fully rehearse the staging of a new composition,’ Maria Kutnyakova noted.
The play ‘How it is done in Odessa’ is based on the stories of Isaac Babel and opens up the story of a milkman from Odessa. It is about sparkling humor, deception and a love story intersect. During the comedy spectators became participants in the action. The yard was saturated with Odessa flavor and humor.
The direction of the immersive theater is actively developing in the world and fascinates the modern viewer. Mariupol ‘Teatromania’ continues to introduce into its work modern trends in the development of theatrical art.
