Residents of condominiums "Kotlyarevsky  8" and "Kotlyarevsky 8a" now spend their leisure time at the renovated site. They believed in the city program of support for condominium associations “Cozy yard” and received modern benches, gazebos, swings and sandboxes. Mayor Vadym Boichenko signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the chairmen of the condominiums.

“European Mariupol begins with such courtyards. There is a lot of work behind this and we do it together. You were not afraid to take responsibility for the future of your home, and we, in turn, will always be a support shoulder for you”, Vadym Boichenko stressed.

According to Lyudmila Gumenyuk, chairman of  Kotlyarevsky 8a condominium building, they never thought before that their courtyard could look modern: “We have been equipped with an adjoining area, installed benches. Children have a place to walk and spend their free time. We are very pleased with the result".

The houses joined the condominium in 2016. During this time, it was possible to replace the windows, repair the roof and landscaping the adjacent territory. During the opening of the courtyard, the Mayor talked with residents of Mariupol and answered exciting questions.

After that, the Mayor signed a memorandum of cooperation with the chairmen of condominiums. He guarantees that the initiatives spelled out in the program for supporting associations will be implemented in this courtyard.

It is worth noting that since 2016, the city has allocated more than UAH 700 million to support condominiums. Funding increases every year. This year it is over UAH 250 million. The plans are to carry out 101 major repairs, implement 288 mini-projects and create 85 Cozy Courtyards.
