The residents of ‘Cheryomushki’ microdistrict have come to the personal appointment of Vadim Boichenko with the request to stop the illegal construction of the market in Laskova Street.

One entrepreneur, who is a resident of Yalta, started illegal construction of the market. Despite the fact that the land, according to the law, is intended for residential development, the businessman decided to start building the market, breaking  the town planning documentation. He does not pay attention to the complaints of residents.

The representatives of law enforcement agencies have repeatedly visited the owner but the entrepreneur is hiding.

‘Now we are trying to handle the order of the Inspection of Architectural and Construction Control to the land owner and  the documents regarding the inspection,’ the Deputy Mayor Mikhail Ivchenko commented on the situation.

Vadim Boichenko said that the city authorities will make every effort to help residents and not allow entrepreneurs to violate the law.

'We are building a new Ukrainian Mariupol. Lawlessness and chaos will not have business being here,’
the Mayor declared.
