A year ago, Mariupol took another step towards accessibility and transparency. On the first floor of the Port City shopping center, the joint Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the second Center for the provision of administrative services opened its doors. It has served more than 30 000 people during a year.
In 2018, Center employees accepted more than 10 000 packages of documents, provided 622 consultations. Also during this period more than 4 000 passports and 1650 ID cards were issued.
It is worth noting that the Center for the provision of administrative services works in such areas as: land issues, urban planning and architecture, foreign and ID - passports, housing and housing accounting.
The project was made possible due to the support of Mariupol City Council, the Development Fund of Mariupol and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
