The development of culture, communal difficulties, neighborhood disputes and social security – such kind of problems were addressed during a personal appointment to the City Mayor of Mariupol by the citizens. Eight people came to the Mayor with their questions in hope of solving them, as quickly as possible.
The head of the first theatrical school Irina Rudenko appealed to Vadim Boichenko with a request to support the development of Mariupol Puppet Theater. She said that the institution may simply stop working without additional funding. Vadim Boichenko promised to take measures to resolve the issue.

Vadim Boichenko asked to convene a commission, draw up statements on the real state of affairs and find a compromise between residents and entrepreneurs.

Two families can not solve the issue of 15 centimeters of land between their yards, two more neighbors for several decades can not solve a personal conflict. Vadim Boichenko advised the citizens to be more tolerant and to establish friendly, good-neighborly relations.
