Vadym Chernysh, the Minister for Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons, accompanied by Vadym Boichenko, the Mayor, and Oleksandr Holtvenko, the First Deputy Mayor, got acquainted with the progress of the project on the reconstruction of the building in Volonterivka village. Soon, one of the buildings of the current school will turn into a modern kindergarten.
“There was no kindergarten before in Volonterivka village, although there are more than 500 children of preschool and school age”, - said Oleksandr Holtvenko.
Construction works have being held in 38, Brestska Street since November last year. The three-storied building of the school gradually turns into a modern preschool institution. The total cost of works for a consolidated estimate is about 20 million UAH. Financing is carried out both from the state and from the city budget. At the moment, almost half of all construction work is completed.
Vadym Chernysh noted the right choice of energy-saving materials used in insulating the future kindergarten. The Minister stressed that the city should develop in this direction: “We will help to attract foreign partners to introduce innovative things on boiler-houses and energy-saving technologies”.
