During the meeting of the executive committee, the issue of the organization and definition of types of public works in the city has been considered. 670 people took part in it last year.
Public works include landscaping, cleaning, planting of greenery, maintenance of residential buildings, of the local area of communal form of ownership as well as informing the public about social services, care and assistance to people with disabilities.
The Director of the City Employment Center Yuriy Chuprin said that today there are more than one hundred thousand full-time jobs in Mariupol. The working-age population is more than two hundred thousand. In this regard, the Mayor Vadim Boichenko instructed the Employment Center together with the Department of Economics and Labor Inspectorate to find the missing jobs.
