A personal reception of Mayor Vadym Boichenko has taken place today. Mariupol residents appreciated the Mayor and complained about their problems. A detailed explanation was provided for each question, and the profile specialists were given a clear deadline for their solution.
A resident of Slobodka turned to the Mayor with the words of gratitude. He asked to equip the sidewalk along First Slobodka Str. There was no any pavement there before. It threatened the safety of residents, and especially children, who daily go to school along this street. The forces of Mariupolavtodor Public Utility laid 1.5 km of asphalt and curbs. In addition, the company installed a fence at the intersection of Zemskaia Str. and First Slobodka Str.
According to Mayor Vadym Boichenko, this is an example of how to solve the problems of residents. He appreciated all those involved for the necessary work.
‘Our task is to respond to the needs of residents urgently. At first glance, this is a small problem, but it should also be considered. It is important for children to drive safely through the streets. Thank you for your indifference,’ the Mayor turned to Mariupol resident.
Vadym Boichenko urged residents to be active and not be afraid to make suggestions to improve the life of the city. Thus, Mariupol residents can participate in the ‘Public Budget’ program. They can submit their ideas that will be implemented at the expense of the city budget. They can monitor the progress of work and make suggestions.
