Mayor Vadim Boichenko has held a personal appointment of the citizens. Mariupol residents were interested in a different range of issues: from the improvement of sports grounds to the implementation of mini-projects, from home repairs to the provision of material assistance in treatment.

The chairman of HOA in Bakhchivanzhi street asked about the timing of the implementation of programs and mini-projects. Among them  there was an issue of strengthening of the bearing designs and installation of a smart framework. Works are carried out according to the schedule.

‘Mariupol helps HOA- residents who, together with the city, took responsibility for the state of the housing stock. Every year, UAH 175 mln are sent to support them. As a result, about 700 HOAs were created in Mariupol. Through projects and positive results, residents see that this is an effective form of housing management. Now the development of HOA is reaching a new level,’
Vadim Boichenko noted.

At the reception with the Mayor the question of improving the living conditions for a single mother, a resettler from Donetsk was discussed. She takes courses on a trolleybus driver and she  needs housing with a small child. Vadim Boichenko instructed to consider the opportunity to provide a woman with housing in a social house in Mendeleyeva Street. There is a convenient infrastructure: a school and a kindergarten are nearby.

It is worth noting  that last year  Mariupol, with the support of the government, reconstructed social housing facilities for resettlers and citizens who are on the housing register. Due to this, 39 families will be able to get housing.

All the residents received advice and clarifications on their questions. The relevant units are given appropriate instructions with clear deadlines for their implementation.
