‘The main capital that every city has is our youth. Every country and every city struggles for it. Mariupol sruggles for a human capital as well. We have got the opportunities of development within the framework of the key reform that is decentralization. It depends on the way they are realized by the leader, the leader’s team and the strategy that determines the vision of the future. We are doing everything for Mariupol youth to stay in the city and facilitate its development’,
the Mayor admitted.

Victoria Cieminite explained the way how communications can help Ukraine and Mariupol to reach persistence.

‘You have to realize the problems and the challenges to reach persistence. The most important discussions are those who involve people into their solution. This will allow to unite the society’, she said.

While having the discussion, the participants answered the student’s questions who were interested in Mariupol modernization in a short term, the way how to overcome corruption and the qualities you should have to become a mayor.
