Today the City Mayor Vadim Boichenko has had a personal appointment of the citizens. Seven residents asked for Mayor’s help. They wanted to have his support in solving the problems such as a provision of material support, an improvement of housing conditions and urban amenities of the streets and houses.

Thus, the representatives of HOA, on behalf of the residents, appreciated the City Mayor for the program of HOA's support. A housing stock, yards and all Mariupol become more beautiful and comfortable every year.

Besides, the representatives of HOA showed their readiness to learn and develop. But they want public utilities to change the approaches as well. Thus, they asked Vadim Boichenko for help to lead corresponding seminars for staff members of public utilities. The goal is to improve the service and provide qualitative services to the population.

Vadim Boichenko supported an initiative. ‘There is no such kind of support to HOAs in other cities of Ukraine as it is in Mariupol. That is what we do. We did not give up the residents with the problems of many years but we have given them a helping hand. We are not going to change it. We will expand the opportunities of our city. Mariupol is changing and it is going further starting with ‘Cosy yards’. There are owners in HOA who think in other way. They are ready to manage a housing stock and take responsibilities. Due to such team of like minded people, our city is transforming’, the Mayor stressed.

Valeriy came to the City Mayor with a constructive suggestion. He raised an issue about revision of a status of the dormitory for lonely men in Stroiteley Ave. According to him, the building is gradually being destroyed and the residents collect the debts.Vadim Boichenko instructed profile subdivisions to draw up an act of an admission for taking further measures.

Valeriy also raised an issue that veterans of war should cut the line in medical establishments and territorial centers of the city. He suggested to move an issuance of the documents up. The City Mayor supported the resident. These issues are going to be elaborated.
