It was  decided to join Mariupol to the PhotoFact  electronic system at the session of the city council. It is possible to monitor the performance of contracting organizations of any complexity in remote access mode with the help of it. Mariupol has become the first in Ukraine to join this project.

According to Mikhail Ivchenko, the head of the city council tender board management, the system allows you to monitor the quality of performed work , look at the results of staff’s work, monitor the number of personnel at the facility. The users of the project are conventionally divided into reporters (contractors), observers (project managers, heads of institutions and profile specialists) and moderators (customers).

‘The system works the following way – it is created a list of monitored objects. Then the performers and the terms are determined. The executor makes a photo on the phone or tablet and it enters into the system. The data is stored in the cloud service. Then the report is either approved or sent for revision,’ Mikhail Ivchenko admitted.

PhotoFact will also actualize an interaction with society. The function will work on the basis of the ‘It was- It has become’ principle. It will allow to communicate with citizens more.

The electronic system of photographic evidence will help everyone to draw attention to the problems of the city. It is a service that will help us to pay attention to those problems that we haven’t noticed yet and the citizens will show their civil position. Thus, we will be involved in the city problem solution together
