More than 50 questions were considered at a meeting of the executive committee in Mariupol today. Particular attention was paid to the peculiarities of the budgeting of Mariupol for 2018.
The Mayor told that thanks to the budget opportunities, a large ‘240’ infrastructure program, commemorated to the anniversary year of the birth of our city, would appear in Mariupol. And this means that there are many infrastructure projects ahead.
The Mayor added that the development budget could be formed thanks to decentralization reform.
It should be noted that according to the draft laws adopted in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the budget of the development of Mariupol has been positively affected by: maintaining the current mechanism of calculating the amount of reverse subsidies at the level of 50 to 50, the formula takes into account internally displaced persons, load on the budget of Mariupol was reduced by 166 million UAH, volume of medical subvention was increased by 69.7 million UAH, etc.
