Vadym Boichenko has signed an order on the dismissal of the head of PU "Mariupolavtodor" Dmytro Chuchmay, the head of the repair service Dmytro Domashenko, the head of the site for the preparation of asphalt mix Oleh Bohdanov. The reason is gross violations of job descriptions.
Deputy Mayor Arkady Meshkov noted that the Department of Internal Security and Prevention of Corruption found violations in the form of organizing surplus asphalt mix, purchases of goods by contractors at inflated prices. It also revealed conspiracy of officials to give preference to certain contractors to complete the work.
‘An official check of these facts was organized. They have been confirmed. As a result of the check, an official investigation report was drawn up, which will be sent to law enforcement agencies,’ Arkady Meshkov said.
The Mayor set a task for Deputy Mayor Serhiy Zakharov to find new professional managers of the enterprise. At the same time, the work of ‘Mariupolavtodor’ must continue without interruption, all repair schedules have been complied with.
‘Mariupol is the most open and transparent city in Ukraine. All leaders must work within these values. Any attempt to violate job descriptions will be severely punished. We will not dwell on this fact and will continue official checks at all utilities,’ Vadym Boichenko stressed.
