For three years, 40 old trams have been written off the inventory in Mariupol, another 11 are in process. To date, the entire emergency vehicle has been removed from the tramway line.
‘From the first days of work, Mayor Vadim Boichenko has set the task - to update the municipal transport and remove the existing emergency trams from the line. In this direction, Mariupol is constantly working. In three years, 60 trams have been purchased. Our goal is to provide Mariupol residents with comfortable and safe transport,’ said Vasily Klat, director of the city council’s transport and communications department.
