Today, on March 12 a Memorandum on the start of the cell of Ukrainian Leadership Academy in Mariupol has been signed in the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.The document was signed by mayor of Mariupol Vadim Boichenko and head of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy Roman Tychkivsky.
In his turn, Roman Tychkivsky noted that this initiative consolidates young people around him and helps to unite the same values: ‘We will be able to increase the number of students from the Donetsk region. These are new opportunities for young people in the region’.
Ukrainian Academy of Leadership is a program of personal and social development. Her students take a 10-month formation course. The program is based on a combination of elements of physical, emotional and intellectual development. In addition to training, the Academy is engaged in volunteer activities and implement social projects. Students carry out educational expeditions in Ukraine and abroad.
The mission of the Academy is to influence the underlying social processes in Ukrainian society by forming the generation of young people who take responsibility for our nation and have the necessary abilities to do it. Today, the Academy cells are operating in Kiev, Kharkov, Poltava, Lviv and Nikolaev.
