During the meeting of the session of the city council, the Program of social and economical development for 2021 is confirmed. The approved budget of the development of the city is more than UAH 3 bln. The events directed to improve infrastructure, transport, medicine, education and social security are in the priority.
Thus, the special attention is paid to the modernization of the housing and public utility. Almost UAH 500 mln are allocated for this. It is planned to lead major repairs of the roofs, engineering and electrical systems, residential houses of HOAs and the substitution of lifts. More than UAH 450 mln will be allocated to improve transport infrastructure of the city. In particular, the start will be given to reconstruct trolley-bus depot №4. The project is financially supported by European bank of reconstruction and development (EBRD).
Special attention will be given to the health care. It is supposed to reconstruct the treatment block, department of surgery and neurology department of the city hospital №1, neurology department and department of surgery of the city hospital №4. Besides, it is planned to reconstruct and equip the objects of primary medicine.
Within the framework of the Program for the development of educational field, over UAH 600 mln will be allocated. The means will be allocated for the repair works at school №26 and their continuation at school №7, 15, 46, 27 and four kindergartens (№32, 106, 110 and 114). “New Ukrainian school” project will be realized, new furniture and didactic material for junior school will be purchased.
