During the session of the City Council, the deputies voted for the creation of Methodology and Consulting Center in Mariupol. Its activity is going to be directed to raise the level of professional skills of the city teachers, the development of the creating potential and a methodological support of the system of education.
The necessity of the modern center creation has been caused by the educational reform that sets new goals and demands to the teachers.
According to the Deputy Mayor Aleksandr Kochurin, there will be three main directions of the activity.
‘The first direction is the work with talented children, the second is a realization of the educational reform that implies the performance of a complex strategy of the development of educational establishements of the city and the work with grant programs. The third direction is the work with the teachers’, he said.
