Customer service center of the DTEK Donetsk Regional Power Distribution Company is opened in Mariupol

The opening ceremony of the customer service center of the DTEK Donetsk Regional Power Distribution Company has happened today. Now 80 thousand of natural and 2, 5 thousand legal entities will be able to receive more than 100 services: consulting on energy supply and carry out the whole range of operations - checking accounts, signing contracts, accepting applications for works with accounting devices, registering in your personal area, connecting remote services and much more.

The opening was attended by Oleksandr Holtvenko, the First Deputy Mayor, Victor Remskiy, the Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, and executives of DTEK.

“I believe that such center is the thing of the future, because it combines efficiency, convenience and high level of service to people. The expression ‘administrative service’ doesn’t cause negative emotions to people anymore, it is not associated with large queues in the airless room. Such thing doesn’t exist anymore”, - the First Deputy Mayor said.

The office is situated in 62, Shevchenko Blvd. Customer service center works in accordance with the ‘one-stop-shop’ principle, which saves time of clients. Also, there is an ‘electronic queue’ service connected for the greater convenience of users, which greatly simplifies the choice of the necessary specialist. Thanks to the computer database, there is a complete history of each client, which takes into account his privileges, tariffs, wishes and appeal to the company. Payment for consumed electricity can also be made without leaving the customer service center.

It should be mentioned that there is an opportunity for self-service of clients with access to the ‘Personal area of the residential client’ and ‘Personal area of the legal client’ online services of the company, as well as the opportunity to pay for electricity in this center.

At the same time, the Illichivsk customer service district will continue its work for the convenience of the citizens. Its format will be constructed as a model of the new custom service center by the end of 2017. Energy company has plans about the extension of the service area also for the residents of the Livoberezhnyi neighborhood.
