Every year more and more "Cozy yards" are opened in Mariupol. Residents of the Italian-141 HOA can also spend their leisure time in comfort. Mayor Vadym Boichenko signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the chairman of the association.

“You shared with the municipality the responsibility for the future of our native Mariupol. Due to your support we can develop and move on. Today everyone sees the result of this joint work in their own yard”, the Mayor said.

Chairwoman of HOA Natalia Ulaeva says the house joined condominium in 2016. Initially, not all residents of  5-storey house believed in this idea.

"The residents have completely changed their minds for 4 years. Now we can't even imagine ourselves without HOA. The roof of the house was overhauled, the adjacent territory was landscaped, windows and electrical networks were replaced. Our example has become contagious - nearby houses have also created associations”, Natalia Ulayeva shared her success.

Due to the "Cozy Yard", the indoor area was asphalted, benches and a clothes dryer were installed. The children received a full-fledged play complex, a workout area and a sandbox. The total amount of investments in this condominium is more than UAH 1 million.

More than 900 houses have joined HOAs in Mariupol. There are 393 houses in the Central district. In total more than 250 "Cozy yards" are realized. It is planned to make 85 more this year.
