The members of the executive committee confirmed the working draft of the improvements of the upcoming Ice Rink in Levoberezhniy district. UAH 17 mln are planned to be allocated from the city budget. The project foresees the mounting of electricity grids, water supply and sewerage systems. It is planned to improve the territory after technical works: car parks, bike parking, mounting of outside lighting, litter-boxes, benches and gardening.
‘Now the residents of Mariupol will have not just the Ice Rink but an improved area. We reconstruct recreation areas in all the districts of the city to create comfortable conditions for leisure time’, the secretary of the city council Stepan Mahsma said.
The list of public utilities, where the lawbreakers will be able to do public works, was enlarged. The director of Law Department Maksim Pasko reminded that the responsibility of parents who don’t do child-support payments was enhanced. If the citizen has the debt more than a half a year, he can be deprived of the driving license, he will not be allowed to go abroad and he will have to do public works.
