The protocols on administrative violations - violations of the rules of accomplishment and trade have been considered at the meeting. They are compiled by both the improvement inspectorate and the police. The administrative commission reviewed the cases in detail and made the relevant decisions.
The majority of the offenses concerned violations of the rules for selling tobacco and alcohol products, violations of external decoration, improvement and blocking of the urban territory. So, the seller of the shop along Shevchenko Str. was caught by the police in selling cigarettes to a minor girl.
As it turned out, the protocol had already been drawn up on that seller for a similar case. The girl who confirmed the fact of buying cigarettes came to the meeting. The Commission issued a unanimous decision - to impose a fine to the offender.
The commission also decided to fine the seller of Christmas trees for blocking the urban area with coniferous trees. The man sold the goods in the wrong place.
It should be noted that the administrative commission meets at least twice a month. It includes the representatives of district administrations and structural units of the executive committee of Mariupol City Council.
The commission considers protocols on violations of the rules for improvement, trading in markets, the use of residential buildings and residential premises as well as violations of the rules for trade in alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
