At the first stage, medical workers with COVID-19 patients and mobile teams at Primary Health Care Centers are vaccinated. Thus, today the doctors of the city hospital №2 were vaccinated. Nadezhda Fartushnyak, medical director of the primary health care center №2, spoke about this.

“Vaccination is carried out exclusively on a voluntary basis. The patient gets acquainted with the Procedure for preparation, conduct and observation, fills out for vaccination. It is examined by the doctor after all. Then he is vaccinated. Within half an hour after the procedure, he is monitored by the staff of the mobile brigade for the possibility of developing side reactions,” Nadezhda Fartushnyak said.

In order to develop a stable immunity, you need to be vaccinated twice. The patient needs to be vaccinated again after 8-12 weeks. According to the medical director, due to the vaccine, the disease will be benign. The drug has passed two stages of testing and is safe. Its efficiency is almost 90%.

One of those who decided to be vaccinated against coronavirus is an intern Vladislav Dodolyak. He has already worked in the hospital and has faced with COVID-19 patients.

“We are now on the verge of the third wave of the pandemic. Therefore, I believe that it is necessary to be vaccinated. People  should understand that this allows them to be protected from a possible severe form of the disease,” Vladislav said.
