The draw has been held among children who are deprived of parental care. For them, 43 one-bedroom flats were purchased at the expense of the city and regional budgets, according to 50/50program.
Deputy Mayor Mikhail Ivchenko noted that when choosing flats, the state of the living space, number of floors and infrastructure were taken into account.
‘Each proposal has passed the expertise of the commission of the department of housing and communal infrastructure development. Apartments are located in different parts of the city,’ Mikhail Ivchenko said.
The draw involves the exclusion of the human factor, which affects the decision of the issuance of a particular flat. Orphaned children or their guardians pulled out an envelope with the address.
