Regional presentation of the Azov tourism brand is held in Mariupol

Mariupol has become the first of five cities of Ukraine, where a regional presentation of the Azov tourism brand is held. It took place at Vezha cultural and tourist center. The new identity of the Azov region was presented by the chairman of the Association of the Hospitality Industry of Ukraine Olexander Liev and the owner of Bulanov büro Dmytro Bulanov. Taking into account the quarantine, the presentation was broadcast online.

The tourist identity of the Azov region was developed by the team and specialists of Zruchno Travel together with Bulanov büro on the order of the USAID project ‘Economic Support to the East of Ukraine.’

As Olexander Liev noted, during the development of the brand, consultations were held with 23 experts from Mariupol, who were joined by representatives of m.EHUB: ‘This is our joint work and love for the Azov Sea. We believe in its tourism future’.

From now on, six destinations in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions will be able to use a single identity for branding souvenirs, tourist offices, signs, printing, etc. The introduction of the brand is aimed at developing tourism and hospitality in the region, attracting investment in the tourism industry, supporting tour operators, enterprises and creating new tourism products.

The new logo resembles a paper airplane that transforms into a beach umbrella. These images reflect the associations and values ​​that are embedded in the brand - color, safety, peace, modernity, openness, friendliness and hospitality.

A value proposition also expresses a slogan-message with the hashtag #колоритне. This is the word used for advertising and marketing communications.

There is a presentation of the brand in Berdyansk, Henichesk, Kyrylivka and Melitopol. The final all-Ukrainian press conference will take place in Kiev.
