Planting of the flowers will be held in all areas of the city. It is planned to plant about 170 000 flowers. The work on the improvement of flowerbeds is done by employees of the public utility of green building.
Today, the residents of different areas of Mariupol have already been able to observe blooming tulips and hyacinths. In order to decorate the seaside city with the arrival of spring, about 50 000 of them were planted last autumn.
According to the deputy head of Zelenstroy, Alexander Shulga, this year they expanded the range of colors. ‘They selected flowers ecologically. Those that are adapted to our climate and interact well with the assortment that has already been planted,’ Alexander Shulga said.
It should be noted that bright and blooming flower beds will delight the eyes of Mariupol residents in all areas of the city. About 17 000 flowers will be planted in the City Garden.
