Dangerous iron bridge, which was not being used as intended in recent years, was found in Livoberezhnyi neighborhood in the course of the annual inventory. It was decided that it should be dismantled. The works will be performed on the 16th and 17th of September, therefore there will be some changes in the routing of public transport.
“The emergency-diving service has demolished potentially dangerous parts of the object. It was an urgent measure for providing safety for the automobilists and pedestrians on the roadway. The dismantling of the bridge will take place from 7 am on the 16th of September till 2 pm the 17th of September. Otherwise, the bridge will actually represent a threat to the citizens due to further corrosive changes. The road traffic will be stopped there for the performance period”, - Petro Cheker, the Deputy Director of the Department of Housing and Communal Infrastructure, said.
