The project is divided into two stages - the dismantling of emergency parts of the building and the construction of the main building. Works have been started in this September. Commissioning is scheduled for the end of next year. The total cost of the project is over 50 million UAH. At the moment, the foundation is done by 30%, the land works are done by 70% and the dismantling works are done by75%. The course of the complete reconstruction was checked by Vadym Boichenko, the Mayor of Mariupol.
Dismantling of structures is carried out at the first stage. Renovation of the roof, external walls and installation of stairs will be carried out later. According to the contract, the cost of these works is 12.7 million UAH. Tender for the implementation of the second stage, namely the construction of the main building and the improvement of the territory, will be announced early next year.
The Center for Providing Administrative Services, the State Registry Office, the Utility Bill Payment Service, the Administration for Social Protection of the Population, the Livoberezhnyi Pension Fund, cash departments and much more are planned to be placed in the building of the future ‘Multicenter’.
