An outpatient clinic for adults is being repaired in the Central district

On the basis of the Primary Health Care Center No. 3, an overhaul of an adult outpatient clinic is undergoing. Now they are strengthening the facade, repairing the interior and roof, and changing engineering networks. The progress of work was checked by Vadym Boichenko.

‘This is one of the important medical facilities of our city. Therefore, it was decided in several stages to repair it comprehensively. The updated outpatient clinic will provide medical care at a qualitatively new, European level,’
Vadym Boichenko said.

The ambulance building was built almost 50 years ago. Since then, almost no repairs have been made. It serves 70 thousand people. Very soon, the building will have a new look.

The cost of the project is UAH 27.8 million. These are means of the city budget. Now the contractor is engaged in strengthening the facade, repairing the interior of the left wing of 2 floors with the replacement of utility networks, installing ventilation and repairing the roof with insulation.

‘The clinic will have a modern registry, quality rooms for patients, a new elevator has been installed. In addition, part of the diagnostics will be posted here,’ Ksenia Sukhova, deputy mayor said.

According to Alexander Lazarenko, the head physician of the central medical care center No. 3, new equipment has already been purchased: a fluorograph, stadiometers, tonometers. A community pharmacy will be opened in the outpatient clinic.

‘We are sure that after the completion of the repair we will have one of the most comfortable outpatient clinics. The main thing is that we will be able to receive even more patients,’ the head physician emphasized.
