The City Support Program for condominiums continues to change the yards of associations in all areas of the city. Besides, the implementation of the project made it possible to independently dispose of the improvement of their houses and adjacent territories, carry out large-scale repairs and create "Cozy Courtyards". Mayor Vadym Boichenko continues to sign Memorandums of Cooperation with the chairmen of condominiums of the houses at 110 Mira Avenue, at 30 and 33 Zelinskoho Str.

“Due to the joint efforts of residents, chairmen of condominiums and the city, we get a successful result. Together we make Mariupol even more comfortable, safe and cozy. Our children should see how the city is being modernized and connect their future with it,” the Mayor emphasized.

Three apartment buildings in 110 Mira Ave, 30 and 33 Zelinskoho Str. entered the condominium at different times. We decided to unite our efforts to create a common place for leisure in the yard. The residents say that there used to be an abandoned playground without benches and swings. Due to “Cozy Yard” program, a modern landscaped area has appeared. The road was asphalted, benches, gazebos, and a playground were set.

“We even had nowhere to sit in the yard . Now we can communicate, children have the place to walk. Our house was completely transformed. We replaced windows, electrical networks, carried out a major overhaul of the roof. I live on the 9th floor and the flat was flooded during the rains. The lateral repairs did not help. Now the problem has been solved,”Tatyana Baulina, a resident of the house on Mira Avenue said.

To date, there are 870 registered condominiums in the city, 373 of them are located in the Central District. Since 2016, UAH 790 million has been allocated to support them from the city budget.
