An improvement in the epidemiological situation is observed in Mariupol. The number of people who recovered in the last 24 hours is twice the number of cases. This is the result of an increase in the activity of vaccination of the population.
To date, 43% of residents between the ages of 18 and 60 have been vaccinated. However, vaccination rates for older people remain low. Only 9.7% of people in this age group were vaccinated.
Since Monday, Mariupol schools are gradually returning to offline education. The first to sit at their desks are students in grades 1-4.
However, the pandemic is not over. It is necessary to continue to comply with all quarantine restrictions and vaccinate those who have not yet had time, especially the elderly people of Mariupol.
