An international exhibition and meeting of UITT & UITM tourism business specialists "Ukraine - Travel and Tourism" has taken place in Kyiv. There were 150 participants. Mariupol was among the representatives of the Azov region. "m.EHUB" team and the cultural and tourist center "Vezha" told about our places-magnets.
Mariupol presented a package of weekend themed tours. They are based on event and gastro tourism in combination with visiting destinations and sacred places of the Azov region.
Representatives of the embassies of 14 countries were among the participants: Albania, Argentina, Bulgaria, Vietnam, Egypt, the Kyrgyz Republic, Cyprus, Cuba, Indonesia, Malaysia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Montenegro, Switzerland, as well as leading tour operators in Ukraine. They represented the services of tour operators, hotels, national and regional tourism organizations, agencies, ministries, tourism administrations and relevant associations.
During the event, representatives of different cities exchanged experiences and established business ties. The plans for the future are to create unified tourist clusters.
