The Mariupolavtodor utility company continues to overhaul the road at Stroiteley Avenue. Works on the section from Bakhchivanji Street to Lavitskogo Street have already been completed. Mayor Vadym Boichenko checked the progress of the project.
“The main task is to carry out comprehensive repairs of roads and sidewalks. Our focus is on both passengers and drivers. The main thing is to create maximum safety on our roads”,

In total, about 5 tons of asphalt-concrete mixture will be laid from Bakhchivanji Street to Chernomorsky Lane. Traffic lights will be replaced by LED of Austrian production. Road signs of own production of the municipal enterprise "Mariupolavtodor" will be set. It is planned to replace the stop pavilions.
The repair of more than 2 km of sidewalks has already been completed, the pedestrian part is lined with the tile, and the side stone has been replaced at the same time. PU "Green Construction" has pruned trees, green areas will be sown with lawn grass.
In total, “Mariupolavtodor” has carried out current and major repairs of about 50 km of roads in three years. In 2020, special attention was paid to private sector roads, about 15 km were repaired.
