Among them there are the employees of the municipality. Thus, the representatives of the structural units of the executive committee, together with employees of Primorskiy district administration, cleaned up the territory of the green zone near the beach at Primorskiy Boulevard.

‘This location was not chosen randomly. Since May 15, the beach season has started here and this territory is a place of recreation for residents. Cleaning takes place in every area of the city. The fact that we did not refine at the previous work party in March-April, we are finishing now. It must be remembered that Mariupol is our common home. We hope that people understand this and will keep it clean,’ the first deputy mayor, Mikhail Kogut said.

The head of the Green Construction public utility, Piotr Cheker, said that Zelenstroy was actively engaged in grass mowing. Yesterday, this area was mowed, and today workers are engaged in cleaning.

The work involved other utilities of the city. Deputies of the city council together with the self-organization committees of the population and residents took part in the meeting.

‘It's nice to see new faces join us. Such an activity makes it possible to communicate in an informal setting, on non-working topics,’ Deputy Mayor Sergei Zakharov said.

Following the results of work party in Mariupol, 46 000 m2 of parks and squares were cleared, and 920 000 m2 of streets and house territories were cleaned. For these purposes, 33 units of specialized equipment were involved.
