The purchase of the services on the clean-up of the department of social protection of population of the city council is included into 5 best purchases of January according to Prozorro. The winners are determined upon the following criteria: the quantity of the participants by tender, competition on the auction and high economy of the means of taxpayers.
The department purchased the services of clean-up for a year. The total area of four premises in the tender – 4 000 m2. The expected cost is less than UAH 1 mln. 10 participants came to compete in trading. The final suggestion of the winner is UAH 649 990, that is for 33% less.
It is worth noting, Prozorro draws attention at 5 successful purchases of governmental customers who were occurred in electronic system every month. The winners are determined among all competitive purchases, the agreement was concluded in January 2020.
