Since March, 1 the cost of fare in a public transport will have been changed in Mariupol. The residents can significantly save on a travel. To do this, the city has a program for the sale of tickets. Today, the ticket price is 330 UAH and for pupils and students - 165 UAH. From August 1, the cost of an adult ticket will be 400 UAH and a child and student - 200 UAH.
A single trip for a ticket will cost Mariupol residents 5.50 UAH, for a school and student ticket - 2.75. From August 1, it will cost 6.67 UAH and 3.33 UAH.
The ticket is unlimited and is valid for one month from the date of purchase. Its action applies to all public transport: trolley buses, buses and trams.
You can buy tickets at the MTTD ticket office in 92 Nikolaevskaya Str. or at the conductor of any public transport.
It is worth noting that, due to the work of Mariupol with international financial institutions IFC and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), this year it is planned to purchase 64 buses and 72 trolley buses. It is also planned to reconstruct the depot and overhaul the contact network. The total planned investment in the development of urban transport is more than EUR 30 million.
