At the session of the city council, the extension of "Warm House" program has been approved to reimburse part of the loan amount and part of the interest rates on these loans for energy efficient measures for condominiums and housing cooperatives for the current year. The amount of financial support of the Program for 2021 is UAH 500.
It is worth noting that the amount of HOAs and housing construction cooperative, that took part in “Warm house” program, has increased. 112 credits have been received for a total amount of UAH 50 000 000 for energy efficiency events. These unions and housing construction cooperatives will get about UAH 20 000 000 of supposed amends of the credits’ parts from the city budget. The amends of the part of credit interest rate, received during 2019 and 2020, is about UAH 600 000.
