Residents of HOA "Mriya 40-42" at 40, 42 Stroiteley Avenue spend their leisure time on new benches, children - walk on modern playgrounds and ride scooters on the paved area. This was made possible by the city's HOA Support Program. Mayor Vadym Boyichenko signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the chairman of the association.

“We don't just promise, we do. The memorandum is a passport of the house where we take responsibility for realization of constructs and mini-projects. The key is to determine for yourself what you need for your home. The city, in turn, will support your projects”, Vadym Boichenko said.

According to the chairman of HOA Natalia Bogdanova-Vorobyova, after joining HOA the house received a new life. Windows, electric networks, heating networks were replaced, landscaping of the house adjoining territory was carried out. The total amount of investments is UAH 2.8 million.

"Residents are very happy with all the changes that have taken place. There was nothing here before. The children had nowhere to play. Now, due to the "Cozy Yard", we have a sandbox and a swing. We are very grateful for the Support Program, which allows us to make our homes more comfortable and cozy”, she said.

In Mariupol, more than 900 houses have joined HOAs. In total more than 250 "Cozy yards" are realized. The total amount of HOA funding is almost UAH 800 million.
