The Day of the worker of social filed is celebrated on the first Sunday of November in Ukraine. Today the deputy mayor Ksenia Sukhova has greeted Mariupol specialists. She expressed the words of respect and gave the notes of acknowledgement for dedicated work from the city mayor Vadym Boichenko.
Ksenia Sukhova admitted an important role of social workers who deal with old people, veterans of war and work and other vulnerable Mariupol residents: “You help to overcome difficulties and learn to believe in yourself. Due to your work, Mariupol residents find the ways out from awkward situations. The municipality of the city will always do all important things to support the population and develop the social field.
At the end of the meeting, the best specialists were given the notes of acknowledgement; they were given the flowers and memorable gifts. There are representatives of “Office for children’s services” division, the department of social security, the Fund of social insurance of Ukraine in Donetsk region, district centers of social services for families, children and youth, Pension foundation of Ukraine in Donetsk region, employment center, “Red cross of Ukraine” city organization, retreat centers for veterans of war and work and Left bank center of social rehabilitation for disabled children among them.
