The head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko, during the investment forum "UkraineInvest Talks Dnipro", presented to investors conceptually ready projects in the region. The construction of airports in Mariupol and Kramatorsk is among them. According to him, they will help to solve the existing logistic problems.

‘Mariupol is located 25 km from the contact line, Kramatorsk - 40-45 km. According to the standards, it is impossible to build in both palces. The standards for today are 120 km. You can say: “That's it, we will not do it”. But this is sorely lacking. We will change these conditions, take risks and build,’ Pavlo Kyrylenko noted.

He added that Mariupol residents have to go to Zaporizhzhia to get to the airport and residents of Kramatorsk have to go to Kharkiv. At the same time, the head of the administration stressed that they are ready to provide investors with already conceptually finished projects and security guarantees.
