Today in ‘Molodiozhnyi’ Palace of Culture a training on mini-projects for the representatives of associations of co-owners of apartment buildings has been held. It was led by the relevant divisions of the City Council.
‘Now we are starting to implement mini-projects. Our goal is to clarify the mechanism of work and train the chairmen of condominiums,’ Sergey Marchuk, the head of the department for development and support of the HOA said.
The representatives of the tender management of the City Council spoke about the basic requirements and the preparation of the necessary documentation for the preparation of technical specifications in ‘ProZorro’ system. They stopped at the conclusion of contracts and terms of familiarization with the technical task.
During the training, everyone could ask questions and receive appropriate explanations. The participants were also shown a presentation on the preparation of documentation for the development of budgetary funds and step-by-step instructions for the implementation of mini-projects.
