In Mariupol, the approach of creation of ‘Cozy Yards’ has changed. Now the entire courtyard, where several HOAs are located, is being comprehensively landscaped. In particular, a new approach is being used along 19 Mezhevaya Street. The Mayor Vadym Boichenko examined the progress of work.
‘Cozy yard’ is created immediately for three houses of HOA. About one thousand people live here. Large-scale work is being carried out: water and heat networks have already been replaced, asphalting and laying of the tiles are ongoing. The installation of improvement elements is being completed: 25 shops, a gazebo, a sports area and a playground.
The Mayor added that in Mariupol, Ukraine has the highest level of trust to the chairmen of HOAs. In turn, the head of the department for the development and support of HOA Sergey Marchuk said that about 1 thousand houses have already joined HOAs. This is almost 50% of the housing stock of Mariupol. Financial assistance is also increasing. This year, UAH 250 million was allocated. In general, UAH 800 million was allocated for the development of associations.
Director of PU ‘Mariupolavtodor’ Dmitry Chuchmay introduced the new VOEGELE Super 1303-3 asphalt paver, which was purchased by a utility company. Its cost is UAH 7 million. Productivity - 250 t / h. Laying thickness is up to 250 mm. The equipment will be used only in ‘Cozy Yards’. With its help, the work will be carried out as efficiently as possible.
Residents of the houses expressed gratitude to the Mayor for their support. ‘We are very pleased that such a massive update is being carried out in our yard. We have a lot of young people.
