A meeting of the executive committee has been held in Mariupol today. The members of the executive committee heard information about the use of funds from the reserve fund of the city budget. We also approved a draft decision on fair trade locations.

According to acting Director of the Department of Finance Anastasia Smorodska, this year UAH 3.4 million have been allocated from the reserve fund to fight the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. These funds were used to purchase two artificial lung ventilation devices. They were transferred to City Hospital No. 9. As of December 1, the amount of the reserve fund exceeded UAH 1.5 million.

Director of the Department of Economics Yevgen  Bodyagin presented a draft decision "On the implementation of fair trade in 2021." According to the document, 16 locations and 279 places will be allocated in Mariupol for fair trade in all districts of the city. There are two types of trading: seasonal and regular. Entrepreneurs can submit an application through the Central Administrative Office without direct communication with employees of the Department of Economics. The members of the executive committee supported this decision.

We also supported the draft decision “On the approval of the contingent of students in art schools for 2020-2021”. As the director of the department of cultural and social development Diana Trima said, its goal is to streamline the number of students to provide equal opportunities and quality services. The decision approved 3007 students in eight music and art schools.

Also during the executive committee, the chairmen of the district administrations reported on the replacement of the rental contracts for residential premises.
