The meeting of the executive committee of the city council has been held in Mariupol today. The issues concerning the development of infrastructural objects of the city were discussed. The reconstruction of the city for “new Mariupol residents” is among them.
The members of the executive commission supported the project of reconstruction of the premises on the first floor of the residential area in 137 Nikopolsky Ave. in Kalmiusky district. The project has a plan to insulate the facade. The housing has a social direction, thus the flats will be received by “new Mariupol residents”. It will be realized with International fond of social investments.
“Mariupol has been supporting “new Mariupol residents” for the last 5 years who develop the city together with us. Social housing was reconstructed and service housing is given. This project is a part of the support,” city mayor Vadym Boichenko declared.
The head of PU “City division of capital construction” Halyna Sheichenko told about other infrastructural projects. The construction of block-module to accommodate the committee of self-organization of the population in 204A Hretska Str. is among them.
The members of executive committee supported the changes in the decision about authorization of the project “Events of energy efficiency. Major repair works of the City Palace of culture” were held there in 2020. Today the reconstruction of the concert hall is under way.
“That is a big project. Children are studying at the repaired building. Our task for today is to prepare the concert hall. The key issue is to save historical peculiarities of the object,” the Mayor stressed.
Besides, the changes to the project of repair works of school №26 were supported. The correction of the project has been held during the repair works. Now the school is ready to accept children.
“This is practically a new school with an expansion. The basement floor was additionally equipped, the classrooms were filled in a maximum technological way and a modern sports infrastructure was created. The school will become a supporting educational and methodological center of Primorsky district,” Vadym Boichenko said.
One more project is a construction of mini-shelter for homeless animals in 2A Chukarina Str. in Kalmiusky district. The animal will be vaccinated, sterilized and chipped there.
