The session adopted a new charter of medical institutions and the Regulation on Supervisory Boards

At the session of Mariupol City Council a draft On approval of the acts of transfer, statutes, regulations on Supervisory Boards and the composition of the Supervisory Boards of municipal non-profit enterprises of the City Council has been adopted. A presentation was made by Svetlana Makarova, Director of the Health Department.

‘The status of a communal non-commercial enterprise provides new opportunities for conducting financial and economic activities, structural and staff standards’, she said.

The project-decision assumes to transfer the city hospital No. 8, the department of child and woman health, maternity hospital No. 2 to the municipal non-profit enterprises of  Mariupol City Council. They approved the position of each of them.

‘We support health care reform. Mariupol set an example for other cities in the development of primary medicine, registry, e-government’,
Vadim Boichenko stressed.

The project also determined the composition of the Supervisory Boards. ‘They are designed to help the process of transformation of medical institutions and hospital management,’ Ksenia Sukhova, Deputy Mayor said.
