During the plenary session, they reported on the approval of the city budget execution report for 2018. So, during this period, the treasury of Mariupol received UAH 5 billion 45 million of income. This is 18% more than in 2017. The annual plan is executed on 100, 9%.
‘The general fund has received UAH 2 billion 691 million of own revenue. In the general fund of the city budget, excluding official transfers, the largest share belongs to the taxes on personal income. They amounted to UAH 2 billion 349 million, or 77%. Proceeds from Metinvest Group amounted to UAH 719 million, or 35%. 9% was land payment, 6% was a single tax, 5% was an excise tax, 3% was other income,’ Ekaterina Kalenik, director of the city council’s finance department said.
According to her, last year expenses amounted to UAH 5 billion 64 million. Thus, the total fund's own expenditures are UAH 1 billion 864 million, and UAH 1 billion 16 million is the implementation of the development budget.
The expenses of 2018, including the transfer, amounted to UAH 5 billion 64 million. The obtained resources were directed to development in the areas of social protection, education, health, culture and sports. UAH 2 billion 844 million were allocated for these needs from the budget. Other expenses were directed to housing and communal services, transport and reverse subsidies.
