The work of the city transport is carried out in observance of all the quarantine restrictions according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. The key issue is observance of mask requirements while waiting for the transport and during the whole trip. Besides, the municipal transport has an intensive sanitary treatment every day. It is held in a complex way several times a day. These measures help reduce the risk of spreading infections. A mobile team is working to identify the facts of non-compliance with quarantine restrictions.
“To carry out increased security measures, under quarantine conditions, additional disinfection is carried out at night, when vehicles enter the depot and before leaving the shift,” deputy mayor Serhii Zakharov said.
Before entering the line, the transport undergoes a full-fledged in-salon processing. During the day, the employees of the enterprise process the seats, special attention is paid to the places where passengers' hands touch - the handrails of trams, trolley buses and buses. The airing of the salons is carried out periodically. In processing, special disinfectants are used that are safe for passengers and agreed with the State Consumer Service.
