Today, at a meeting of the executive committee, they decided to terminate the contract ahead of time with the private carrier N-Trans. The entrepreneur violated the established work schedules of minibuses. In addition, complaints were received from the residents. The key point in the citizens’ appeals is the unsatisfactory state of transport and disrespectful treatment of passengers by the company’s employees.
According to the director of the Department of Transport and Communications Vasily Klat, since the beginning of the year, the specialists from the Department of Transport and Communications together with an employee of ‘Ukrainian transport safety’ have conducted 73 inspections of fixed-route taxis of this carrier. 48 acts were compiled. Feedback on the elimination of technical problems from the carrier has not been received.
‘Private carriers are obliged to form a work plan and transfer it to the dispatch service. N-Trans Company completely ignores this fact. Also, it is not reported about reinstalling the GPS system from this vehicle to another. This creates inconvenience for the residents when using electronic route schedules,’ Vasily Klat emphasized.
The carrier performs only 50% of the flights from the established plan. The main violations are observed on 112, 146, 131, 101, 211, 150, 153 routes. Regular angry publications on social networks about the work of the company and staff were also analyzed.
Mayor Vadim Boichenko emphasized that new buses that have been delivered to the city, fully compensate the lack of transport for citizens.
The contract with the N-Trans carrier was broken on routes No. 112, 156, 131, 101, 211, 150, 153, 145.
